Diane Sharp Office Manager
Diane is our office manager and has re-located from upstate NY. Hers is the voice most often heard talking with Sea Tow members over VHF radio in Charlotte Harbor. In addition to dispatch Diane also performs an assortment of jobs that include customer service and book keeping.

Capt. Randy Hassinger Captain
Capt. Randy, hailing from Ohio, has spent many days boating and fishing on the Great Lakes and continues to be an avid fisherman to this day. Capt. Randy is our senior captain and our local expert on the many hidden sandbars and un-marked cuts through Charlotte Harbor and Gasparilla Sound.

Capt. Paul Memmer Captain
Capt. Paul moved to sunny Florida from Maine in 2002. He has spent five years in the US Navy and is retired from the US Forest Service. In addition to working for Sea Tow, Paul also teaches advanced captains courses in the Charlotte Harbor area.

Capt. Marcus Shore Captain
Capt. Marcus just loves being on the boat and helping others. Capt. Marcus has been with Sea Tow for two years, has been boating on Charlotte Harbor for over 23 years, and is an open water scuba diver and HazMat certified.

Capt. Michael DeGenaro Owner & Captain
Captain Mike comes from a family of commercial fishermen and grew up running lobster boats on Long Island Sound. After spending sometime working in commercial towing, Mike decided to relocate to Florida in 2004. After further experience in commercial towing in Florida, Mike purchased Sea Tow Charlotte Harbor in March 2005. Captain Mike holds a 50 ton master license, is Haz-Mat certified, and a PADI diver. Mike is also a member of the Punta Gorda Boaters Alliance.

Mike is our salesman and marketing associate. Mike is PADI certified and is currently working on his Coast Guard certification. On his off days you will find him on Charlotte Harbor chasing a snook or redfish.

Dave Nielsen Dispatch
Dave has been boating since he was a member of the Boy Scouts. He is a certified safe boating instructor, vessel examiner and active member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary- Englewood, FL and U.S. Power Squadron- Punta Gorda FL. In his spare time he writes a boating safety column for Waterline, a weekly boating and fishing magazine of the Sun Newspapers. www.boatingandfishing.com
