United States Power Squadron
A memorandum of understanding was established in 1999 between Sea Tow and the United States Power Squadron. Sea Tow has agreed to help promote the United States Power Squadron's boating safety courses and membership efforts. As part of the memorandum, each graduate of a boating safety course will receive a free two-month membership in Sea Tow and can request to join a captain on a Sea Tow vessel to gain hands-on experience in the practical aspects of the course. Sea Tow captains have made themselves available to speak at squadron meetings and assist with course presentations, the cooperative charting program, and as requested by Squadron Officers.

As part of this program, Sea Tow is offering United States Power Squadron members a $10 discount on a new Sea Tow membership and will donate an additional $5 to the United States Power Squadron general fund. This represents a total of $15 in benefits for the United States Power Squadron and its members. We are looking forward to a long and successful relationship with the United States Power Squadron to help encourage boater education and boating safety.

Coastal Conservation Association
Sea Tow enthusiastically supports the work of the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) and is pleased to be developing a strong working relationship with the CCA through donations of Sea Tow memberships as a source of revenue generation for the CCA, and as door prizes and auction prizes at CCA banquets.

As part of this program, Sea Tow is offering CCA members a $10 discount on a new Sea Tow membership and will donate an additional $5 to the CCA General Fund. This represents a total of $15 in benefits for the CCA and its members. We are looking forward to a long and successful relationship with the CCA to help encourage conservation of our marine resources.

Recreational Fishing Alliance
The Recreational Fishing Alliance (RFA) believes that the nation's marine fishery resources are over exploited and nearly collapsed. The primary cause of this decimation, according to the RFA, is government-sanctioned "search and destroy" fishing by the industrial fishing fleet. The RFA views this devastation and mismanagement of marine resources as a political problem, requiring a political solution. The RFA leads a national effort to coordinate political action by concerned anglers, fishing clubs, conservationists and business people to stop the devastation of U.S. fishing stocks.

In support of the RFA's efforts, Sea Tow is offering RFA members a $10 discount on new Sea Tow memberships and will donate and additional $5 to the RFA general fund. This represents a total benefits package of $15 for the RFA and its members.

For more information about the RFA and its programs, please visit their Web site.
