“I rarely bother to take time to respond to inquiries about customer service, but, in this case I feel I must respond. I was extremely pleased with the manner in which my claim was handled. Your claims adjuster was great to deal with. He was prompt in replying to my emails and he was informative about the process which was very helpful as I have never dealt with something like this before. I have to tell you that a friend of mine who docks his boat next to mine at my marina told me that he had a similar mechanical failure the year prior and he went through a very difficult time dealing with his carrier.
