I would like to thank the Sea Tow family members Mike and Steve in Key Largo Florida for saving my vacation.

I would like them to be recognized within the family. My engine stopped working about 5 miles offshore while on vacation in Key Largo and thank heavens I joined Sea Tow. Me and my crew of two women were rescued within an hour of the call. Two days later, after diagnosing the problem and making repairs to my motor and fuel system I had the engine running great and during the test run had another failure but was rescued once again.

I have been a member for several years and never needed help. It seems like my luck is not holding as I have needed help 3 times in the last year. I have needed the services of both the Wrightsville Beach and the Ocean Isle Beach (NC) groups. I cannot tell you enough what an outstanding group of people you have working in these 2 areas. They are a tremendous asset to your organization and the reason that I will always be a Sea Tow member. Many thanks to these two groups!!!

Hello, just writing this email to let you know the outstanding job that Sea Tow Fajardo (Puerto Rico) did for me and my family. We got stranded in Red Hook (east of St. Thomas USVI) last week. A quick phone call to Dinorah was all it took to orchestrate a tow together with Sea Tow St. Thomas (Cap. Marvin I believe also did a great job). My boat traveled by tow from Red Hook to Fajardo gracefully and arrived in great shape. Awesome job! Thanks Sea Tow Fajardo for a quick response, you really got me out of a jam. Thanks again Dinorah!

I had the great misfortune of running aground on the way out of Hamburg Cove. Eric came to our boat and spent a long while trying to free us. Unfortunately, we did not get free so I was forced to wait out the tide. Eric took my wife and three kids off the boat and back to brewers dauntless, which saved my marriage. He then called me several times til midnight and was getting into his boat to meet me at near high tide. I told him that I floated free and was heading back to the marina, under my own power. He chose to meet me at the dock at 1:30 am and help us get in to the slip, which is challenging any time, but especially at night and exhausted.

You have a great, professional employee in Eric and you have a loyal customer in me.

My husband and I have been faithful members of Sea Tow since 1999 when we bought our boat.  Well, we were vacationing  2 weeks ago when our steering cable went out on the boat.  We immediately contacted Sea Tow by radio for help.  Once we made radio contact, Sea Tow was there for us!  Captain Steve came to our rescue.  He was there within 30 minutes after we made radio contact.  Captain Steve’s first concern was were we ok and was anybody hurt.  Once he knew we were ok, he checked out the steering to see if he could get it working again.  At this point, he told us that we would have to be towed in.  Capt. Steve gave us specific instructions to what to do while we were being towed back to John Penne Kamp ramp.  He got us safely back to the boat ramp with no problems.  He was even able to give us the phone number of the taxi cab company for us to call for a ride back to our timeshare.  Capt. Steve was great!  For this reason, we will always remain faithful members as long as we own our boat. 

I wanted to take a moment this morning to inform you of the quality service that we experienced with your company yesterday (Labor Day).  We recently purchased a new (used) boat and wanted to test the waters.  Before we took our boat out, my husband wanted to make sure that we were members of Sea Tow.  As unforeseen things happen on the water, we found ourselves stranded.  One of your captains to our rescue.  Fortunately, it was something minor.  He had the part we needed on board and within a very short time, we were back up and cruising!  I just wanted to thank you for your service and to extend a very sincere thank you to your captain for his professionalism, punctuality, and kindness!  We will be Sea Tow members for as long as we own boats!
