New life jackets are floating around Long Island thanks to a $5,000 donation from Anheuser-Busch distributor Clare Rose® to fund the Sea Tow Foundation’s 42 Life Jacket Loaner Stations.
This is the third donation from Clare Rose, which will enable the non-profit Sea Tow Foundation to continue to make life jackets available to the public to borrow free of charge at these 42 life jacket loaner stands
Since 2013 Clare Rose has donated $30,000 to help keep boaters safe on Long Island and to remind them that wearing life jackets on the water saves lives.
The Sea Tow Foundation’s national Life Jacket Loaner Station program allows boaters to borrow life jackets to replace missing, damaged or ill-fitting personal flotation devices (PFDs), or to use for extra guests on board their boats.
