“Added Value.” It’s a term some companies throw around loosely these days. Here at Sea Tow, however, we take it very seriously.
Consider our Charter/Rent/Lease/Borrow membership benefit, for example. It’s part of your Sea Tow Gold or Lake Card Membership privileges. If you as the named member, charter, rent, lease or borrow a boat and the unexpected happens you are eligible to receive service under your membership.
To put it simply, Sea Tow membership privileges apply to any boat where the named Sea Tow member is the master of the boat whether you are paying for that privilege or have been granted permission from the registered owner to independently use the vessel. This added value service does not apply when you as a member are a guest on a friend or family member’s boat (i.e. the registered owner of the vessel or a member of their family 18 or older is on board.)
So, go ahead and charter that sailboat for an extended cruise. Lease a boat in your favorite vacation wonderland. Rent a vessel and go fishing for the day, explore new waters or borrow a friend’s larger boat to accommodate visiting family. It’s all good, because Sea Tow has your back.
That’s what we call “added value.”
