Our Team

Chris Covella - Holding a 1,600 ton Master License and a commercial assistance towing endorsement, Captain Chris patrols the upper Barnegat Bay on almost a daily basis during the summer boating season to provide assistance to Sea Tow member.

Sean Moore – Sean Moore holds a 100ton Masters license with a towing endorsement and spent 5 years enlisted in the USCG. He spent his time running their 29’ fast response vessels and 47’ rescue vessels. He is a highly experienced captain in all conditions and patrols the Manasquan River and Shark River almost daily in the summer season.

Wayne Wheeler – Wayne holds a 50ton Masters license with a towing endorsement. He is a local teacher in the Toms River schools and has been a long time boater in the area. Wayne patrols the Metedeconk River almost every weekend in the summer. He is also an instructor for the NJ safe boating classes.

Charlie – Capt. Charlie holds a 25ton Masters license with a towing endorsement and runs the day to day operations at Sea Tow Manasquan. He is a long time local of the Barnegat bay area and grew up on the Toms River. If he’s not at his desk he is on the water assisting members with his dog on the Upper Barnegat bay.

Our Boats

Sea Tow Manasquan has a dedicated team of captains, crew and support staff that are standing by, 24/7, to serve our members and other boaters. Our vessels are ready to perform all towing, ungrounding, jump starts, fuel delivery and other on-water assistance operations. Sea Tow boats can be spotted by their distinct yellow hulls.
