Captain John Bilski
After spending 25 years in corporate America, Capt. John was tired of being just a number. As a longtime boater who is passionate about helping others, taking over the reins at his hometown Sea Tow franchise was the perfect change of pace.
Since first stepping foot in the captain’s chair over the busy July 4th weekend in 2018, Capt. John hasn’t once looked back.
In his free time, he never misses an opportunity to give back – whether that’s volunteering with people with disabilities, coaching Little League or donating blood and bone marrow. Combine that with his lifelong experience boating, fishing and scuba diving in the local waters, and Capt. John was the perfect fit to step in as owner and head captain of Sea Tow Southern Connecticut, where he looks forward to building a long and successful career doing what he loves.
Sea Tow Southern Connecticut has a dedicated team of captains, crew and support staff that are standing by, 24/7, to serve our members and other boaters. Our vessels are ready to perform all towing, ungrounding, jump starts, fuel delivery and other on-water assistance operations. Sea Tow boats can be spotted by their distinct yellow hulls.
