Ryan Pratt - Owner/Captain
The first time I visited the Treasure Coast I fell in love with its water. 15 years ago, I became a captain and have continued to help others who love the water continue to enjoy their dream. For almost four years now, I have been the franchise owner of Sea Tow Treasure Coast, based in Rio.

License: USCG 25Ton Master Endorsements: Assistance in Towing and STCW Hobbies: Kite surfing, diving and anything outdoors. Additional Certs: Rescue Diver, First Aid, CPR and AED Years on Water: 30 years on water, 15 years as captain

Alek Loudakis - Captain
I moved from Texas to Stuart, Florida at the age of nine and started fishing with my father soon after. I worked as a mate abroad local party and charter boats in high school and quickly developed a profound love for the ocean.I became an avid free diver, capable of diving up to 100 feet on a single breath of air. I eventually became a captain/mate and worked in Western Samoa, where I helped to set the national all tackle IGFA record for blue marlin twice.

Art Neps - Captain
I was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida and have always loved being on the water. I have been fishing and diving since I was a kid and eventually realized that being a captain was what I wanted to do. It is very rare that I am away from the water, but if I am, I'm most likely at the shooting range.

Coral Ryley - Dispatch
I was born and raised in Stuart Florida. I graduated from Indian River State College with BAS in Organizational Management and have been with Sea Tow for over a year. In my spare time I try to go to the beach as frequent as possible and enjoy crafting.

An experienced captain and professional marine mechanic.

Fred Newhart - Captain
I love being on the water and have a great interest in all types of boats, whether it is power, sail or steam. I started my first job on a commercial boat in 1999 and have held a captains position every year since.

Kevin Sulivan - Captain
I was born in Jamaica and moved to the United States when I was 10 years old. In 1991 I became a Paramedic and in 2002 I became a Firefighter. Not long after that I knew I still had a passion to be on the water and became a captain working for Sea Tow.

I grew up in Stuart, Florida on the water and by the age of 18 I was delivering yachts up and down the Eastern seaboard. After delivering yachts and many years of boat building, I decided that I wanted to be out on the water more. I made the decision to work with Sea Tow and have been doing mariner assistance ever since.
