Brendan Collins - Senior Captain
Captain Collins started during the disaster recovery of Hurricane Opal back in September of 1995. He has a Third Mate of Steam or Motor Vessels of any gross tonnage upon all Oceans, Radar Observer Unlimited, with a Commercial Assistance Towing Endorsement. Brendan started boating when he was 2 years old on his fathers boat at the Larchmont Yacht Club. He has a BS in Marine Transportation from SUNY Maritime and is also a NYS Certified Fire Fighter and USCG Advanced Shipboard Fire Fighter.
Brian Cea - Director of Operations
Captain Cea started with Sea Tow back in the Summer of 2000 as a seasonal Captain. He became the Director of Operations in May of 2004. He has a USCG 100 Gross Ton Master's Licence, with a Commercial Assistance Towing Endorsement. He started boating on his grandparents' 17' Whaler at the family summer house in Stony Brook, LI when he was 5 yrs old. Brian has a BS in Economics and Finance and a minor in Business Management from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.
Carlos de Lasa - Captain
Captain de Lasa has been working seasonally for STWLIS since 2004. He currently holds a Master 1600 ton and unlimited Chief Mate license of Steam or Motor Vessels. Carlos has been working on Oil Tankers for 13 years in Alaska, US West coast, Gulf of Mexico and overseas locations. His current assignment is on one of the worlds largest ATB units on the Delaware River. Carlos is a graduate of SUNY Maritime College.
David Biddle - Captain

John "Bud" Pierce - Captain
2011 was Captain Pierce's (Bud's) 1st season as a Captain with STWLIS but has been helping out as a deckhand for about 8 years. He currently holds an OUPV license while he finishes his final year at SUNY Maritime (Class of 2012) where he will then have his Third Mate Unlimited, all oceans ticket. Bud started sailing at the age of 8 yrs old. He is currently a Lieutenant at the Town of Mamaroneck Fire Dept.

Marc Radulovic - Senior Captain
Captain Radulovic started at Sea Tow in 1998. He has 20+ years experience boating. A SUNY Maritime graduate with a 3rd Mate Unlimited all oceans License with a Comercial Assistance Towing endorsement.

Noah Goldberg - Captain
2011 was Captain Goldberg's (Sabby's) 1st season as a Licensed Captain and he has been a deckhand with us since 2001. He has an OUPV license with a Commercial Assistance Towing endorsement. He has 12 years boating experience and is currently a Chief in the Town of Mamaroneck Fire Dept.
