The trip was uneventful until we were finished at our last spot and the engine would not turn over...

"Yesterday morning, I went fishing and I promised my wife I would be back by noon to attend a function. The trip was uneventful until we were finished at our last spot and the engine would not turn over. I called Sea Tow and Captain Dave talked me through a couple of quick troubleshooting steps and when that proved fruitless, said he would be underway shortly. My location wasn't very far, but nonetheless- he arrived very quickly. I believe he was on site by 1105. He was very professional with an easy-going and amicable personality. The tow went perfectly and quickly. Once he got me back into my slip at the marina- he even took a few extra minutes to help me diagnose my issue (a neutral safety switch that needing adjustment). ...I get the safety and convenience of towing when I need it, quick and courteous service with a smile AND a Captain that took the extra time to help me diagnose the problem with my boat? Yes, please! I'll never be without my Sea Tow membership again." - Scott Kinnebrew

What could have been a real nightmare, considering our 5 year old granddaughter was with us, turned out just fine...

"We broke down just off Cumberland Island. A call was made to Sea Tow in Brunswick, GA. What could have been a real nightmare, considering our 5 year old granddaughter was with us, turned out just fine. Thanks to your Captain Drew. His professionalism was fantastic. He immediately sized up the situation, tied us off and towed us back to St. Mary's Dock. He even went above and beyond to see that I got the boat safely on the trailer. Drew is surely an asset to Sea Tow and your customers! Keep up the excellent work." - Stephen Mudge

Your professionalism and expertise were both commendable and comforting...

I wanted to drop you a note to thank you and Captain Paul for the outstanding job that you both did in recovering my 28 foot Grady White last month. Your professionalism and expertise were both commendable and comforting.

From my initial conversation with you to review the situation and scope a salvage plan I knew I was dealing with the best in southern Maine. Captain Bruce I knew that after our first interaction and still feel that way today, you guys are "the best." The first thing you did after our conversation was to send Captain Paul to the actual site (30 miles from Portland ) where he actually hired a local fisherman to get close to the boat as possible to be able to fully assess the situation. He was not satisfied to see it from afar, he wanted to get as close as possible and did so. He then developed a retrieval plan that you were able to prepare for and ensure that you had all the systems that you required.

During the entire process leading up to the actual salvage, which was several days waiting for the tide, your communication with all parties including local officials, the US Coast Guard, and me was first rate. You were always available and your complete grasp of the situation in addition to your salvage plan assured everyone you knew what you were doing and we all felt we were in good hands.
